About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to maintain and repair the facilities of our exclusive swinger club. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction, plumbing, and electrical systems, and be equipped with their own tools. This position requires flexibility with scheduling, as work will primarily be conducted on non-event days to ensure the club is in optimal condition for our guests.
Requirements
Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the club’s facilities are in excellent working condition. This includes repairs to the building structure, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and any other necessary maintenance work.
Equipment and System Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the club’s equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting, audio/visual systems, and other technical equipment as needed.
Construction and Renovation: Assist with or oversee minor construction projects, including renovations, installations, or upgrades to the club’s facilities. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a schedule for preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure and ensure the longevity of the club’s assets.
Inventory Management:Â Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and materials, and ensure that all tools and equipment are kept in good working order. Report any needs for additional supplies or equipment to management.
Flexibility and Availability: Be available on non-event days to perform maintenance and repairs. Flexibility with scheduling is essential to accommodate the club’s operational needs.
Safety Compliance:Â Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards. Address any safety hazards immediately and report them to management.
Communication: Work closely with the management team to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure all work aligns with the club’s operational needs and schedule. Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects.
