About the Role

We are seeking a personable and professional Host to be the welcoming face of our exclusive swinger club, open exclusively on Saturdays. The Host will be responsible for greeting guests, managing payments, providing club tours, and ensuring that all guests feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. This role is essential in creating a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our members and guests.

Requirements

  • Guest Reception and Check-In: Warmly greet all members and guests upon arrival. Manage the check-in process, including verifying membership status, collecting entrance fees, and answering any initial questions.

  • Payment Handling: Accurately handle all financial transactions, including collecting entrance fees, processing payments, and providing receipts. Ensure that all transactions are recorded and managed in accordance with club policies.

  • Club Tours: Offer informative and welcoming tours of the club to new members and guests. Explain the club’s amenities, rules, and any special features, ensuring that all guests are familiar with the space and feel comfortable.

  • Guest Assistance: Be available throughout the evening to assist guests with any questions, concerns, or special requests. Ensure that all guests are enjoying their experience and address any issues that may arise promptly and discreetly.

  • Safety and Comfort: Monitor the club environment to ensure all guests are following club rules and that the atmosphere remains safe and respectful. Address any inappropriate behavior or situations immediately and report to management as necessary.

  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of club events or themed nights. Ensure that the club is always presented in a clean and welcoming manner.

  • Communication and Coordination: Liaise with other club staff, including security, bartenders, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.

  • Feedback Collection: Engage with guests to gather feedback on their experience and report this information to management to help improve future events and operations.
